I love this quote because it resonates in my heart.

Abundance is the feeling that your cup runneth over. That you have everything you need at all times. Where there is abundance, there is love.

The opposite of abundance is scarcity. 

It is the feeling that there is NOT enough. That you are lacking or insufficient

Scarcity comes from FEAR. Abundance comes from love and GRATITUDE.

Planting the seeds of gratitude everyday is one of the best habits you can have.

The feeling of gratitude is like a magnet. It attracts more things you are grateful for. 

Being truly grateful for what you already have will only increase your ability to grow more of what you want.

Scarcity is like a desert, not much will grow there.

Gratitude is the most fertile soil where any seed will thrive.

So, how can you plant seeds of gratitude to experience this feeling every day?

First, you must decide that an attitude of gratitude is important to you.

Second, you must ask yourself better questions to acknowledge the things in your life you are truly grateful for, and let the feeling land in your heart.

Finally, DO something to create more pathways in your brain for gratitude. How can you express your appreciation today?

Simply writing down three things you are grateful for each day is all it takes. You could also write a note (to someone else or to yourself), or send a message to express your appreciation for someone in your life.

Little gestures like this, done every day or even every week are GAME CHANGERS.
